Breath Based Therapeutic Flow
A combination of Therapeutic Somatic Yoga,
Qi Gung and Feldenkrais movement.
Deep replenishment through gentle therapeutic movements to open body and breath, followed by longer held posses.
Designed to open the flow and optimize the function in our subtle body (mind/body/energy system). The first 45min is done standing with a variety of movements, visualizations and sounds.
