Designed to open the flow and optimize the function in our subtle body (mind/body/energy system). The first 45min is done standing with a variety of movements, visualizations and sounds. Self Massage

Self Massage is a fantastic way to awaken our resilience and wellbeing. Enlivening our dynamic balance as we move through the seasons and cycles of our lives.

In these sessions we will continue to learn the reflexology of the hands, feet, ears and belly; the interplay between facia (connective tissue), muscle, bones, energy meridians, points and tissue layers.
